Frequently Asked Questions

Charity & Profit

Do you really contribute to charity?

Yes. Not in exposure. In actual currency.
We share 25% of our profit with high-impact, strategic charities that are actively fighting inequality, fascism, and oligarchic control.

How much do you contribute?

Exactly 25% of our profit, no fluff, no percentages buried in overhead. We will publish an annual report detailing our contributions at the end of every fiscal year (first report Q1 2026). The rest keeps the lights on in our houses.

Why did you pick these charities?

We explain our criteria here.

We chose organizations that don’t just “raise awareness” but actually deliver results. From exposing elite tax evasion to protecting vulnerable communities and dismantling the digital infrastructure of authoritarianism. They’re radical, efficient, and committed to long-term systems change, just like us.

Our relationships with the charities

Full transparency: we support the charities listed, but unless otherwise stated, we’re not formally affiliated with them, nor do they officially endorse our messaging or brand. We choose to donate because we believe in their mission but they did not sign off on our slogans or our guillotines.

Products & Orders

What’s this hoodie made of, and why should you care?

Everything was made with 100% US-grown cotton. Every rebellion should have standards.

Was it ethically produced?

Yes, this was very important to us.

Our gear is produced in facilities that meet the highest international standards for safety, sustainability, and ethical labor. This is backed by trusted certifications.

OEKO-TEX® ensures our fabric is free from harmful substances; WRAP and the Fair Labor Association confirm that workers are treated lawfully and humanely; and Sedex promotes full transparency across the supply chain.

These aren’t just labels. They’re proof your hoodie didn’t come at someone else’s expense.

It’s guilt-free fashion, baby.

How do I choose the right size?

We include a detailed size chart with every apparel item. We recommend measuring a shirt or hoodie you already like and comparing. Revolution is uncomfortable. Your hoodie shouldn’t be.

Where does your artwork come from?

We use public domain artwork, mostly prints and paintings from the French Revolution. Their message is still relevant. These aren’t just museum pieces, they’re warnings. It’s about reminding the rich what happens when they push too far for too long.

Did you use AI for your artwork?

No. Like we said, we use either public domain images or in-house designs.

Who prints and ships the products?

We use print-on-demand providers based in the USA, which means each item is made specifically for you, then shipped directly from the production facility.

It’s efficient, sustainable, and keeps us independent from exploitative mass production.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

No. Because we print on demand, orders are sent to production immediately after purchase. This means modifications or cancellations are not possible once an order is placed. Please triple-check your order details before confirming your purchase.

What's the fine print?

Ordering from us means you accept our Terms of Service. There are no secret traps, just the legal stuff that keeps things fair. We can’t take the blame for things outside our control (think: acts of God, postal disasters, or late-stage capitalism gone wild). For the full rundown, read the Terms of Service before you hit “buy.”

Do you sell my data?

Fuck no.

We only collect the data needed to process your order and keep you updated. No shady tracking, no data dumps, no selling your soul to the algorithm.

For all the legal details, check our Privacy Policy. By shopping here, you agree to our data practices. Simple, ethical, non-creepy.

Shipping & Returns

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on all order above $50.

In all other instances, shipping will be calculated at checkout.

Where do you ship?

Right now, we ship anywhere in the United States.

We’d love to go global, but thanks to unstable trade policies and the ongoing mess of international tariffs, the economic landscape is too volatile to make international shipping viable at this moment.

We’re watching the situation closely, and as soon as it makes sense, we’ll open up worldwide shipping. Because revolution shouldn’t stop at the border.

How long does shipping take?

It takes about 2 - 5 business days.

Delays can happen—trade wars, wildfires, late-stage capitalism, you know the drill—but we’ll keep you informed.

What is your return policy?

All products are made to order, so we don’t accept returns for buyer’s remorse, wrong sizes, or vibe shifts. This is a print-on-demand operation, we simply cannot accept returns. Please triple check your orders so we don't have to dissapoint you when you ask for a return.

If your item is defective, misprinted, or damaged, we’ll replace it at no cost to you.

What if the product arrives damaged or incorrect?

Take a photo and email us info@guillotine.shop within 7 days of receiving your item. We’ll sort it out.
No hoops, no gaslighting, just solutions.

What if I want to complain?

Not happy? That’s rare, but it happens.

If you’re not satisfied with how we’ve handled your order—whether it’s a damaged item, a delivery gone rogue, or anything else—just email us at info@guillotine.shop. We promise a real human (not an AI, not a call center drone) will review your case within 7 days. If we messed up, we’ll fix it.

Brand & Mission

What is your mission?

We exist to help fuel the resistance.

Bring Back The Guillotine is more than merch. It’s a cultural pressure campaign disguised as a hoodie. We fight for a future where billionaires don’t run the world and where resistance is visible, wearable, and loud. By redirecting profit to radical charities and flooding the algorithm with revolutionary messaging, we push back where it hurts them most: their narrative control.

We don’t just sell clothing. We arm the culture war.

Why the French Revolution?

Because it was the moment the people stopped asking nicely.

It’s a symbol of what happens when the many realize they no longer need the few. Today, billionaires hoard more than kings ever did, while most people live paycheck to paycheck. The crowns are now corporate logos, the palaces are penthouses and, this time, the guillotine is cultural.

Are you advocating for violence?

We don’t advocate violence. We advocate resistance.

If a billionaire feels attacked by a slogan on a hoodie, that’s not our fault. That’s their conscience speaking. Nonetheless, we do believe it's important for them to remember: those who make peaceful revolution impossible will make violent revolution inevitable. By applying cultural pressure, we hope it won't come to that.

But let's remind them together, shall we?

Is this within the legal limits of free speech?

Yes, we're not stupid.

Let’s be clear: the slogans and visuals on our products are social commentary and artistic expression. They are protected by freedom of speech and satire. If you see a guillotine and feel personally attacked, maybe it’s time for some reflection.

All messages are designed to challenge power and the status quo, not to incite violence. Read our full disclaimer in the Terms of Service.
