π No Returns Due to Customization
All items sold through Bring Back The Guillotine are produced on-demand and customized specifically for each customer. Therefore, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for reasons related to incorrect sizing, personal preferences, or buyer's remorse.
π Defective or Damaged Products
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what you ordered, you must notify us by email at info@guillotine.shop within 7 calendar days after the delivery date. You must include:

Clear photographic evidence showing the defect or damage.

Your full order details (order number, name, and shipping address).
Upon receipt of your email and verification of your claim, we will replace your item at no additional cost.
π Exceptions (No replacement)
Please be aware that the following scenarios are not considered defects:

Slight variations in print colors or positioning due to the on-demand printing process.

Minor sizing variations within standard industry tolerances.

Damage or defects resulting from incorrect washing, misuse, or mishandling by the customer.
π Incorrect Shipping Address
You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. We will not replace or refund items delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you.
