3. Orders, Acceptance, and Cancellations
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Acceptance is confirmed only upon receipt of payment and our email confirmation. Bring Back The Guillotine reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders at our sole discretion, including for pricing errors, suspicion of fraud, or other legitimate reasons. Once accepted, orders cannot be canceled.

Shopify Payments
Bring Back The Guillotine uses Shopify Payments to process all payment transactions. We do not store your payment information; all transactions are securely handled by Shopify Payments.
5. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss
Delivery times provided are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping providers, customs, or external circumstances beyond our control. Once your order is transferred to our shipping carrier, the title and risk of loss transfer to you.
6. Returns and Refunds
